Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is located in the south of France, in Coursan in the Aude, in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon. The domaine stands on a landscape marked by history: the Via Domitia - the Ancient Roman Way - runs along the 50 hectares of vineyards.
In 1999, Lionel Boutié, the fourth generation winemaker in his family, took over the estate and started implemented organic farming techniques. Very respectful of the environment, the estate is one of the pioneers of the biological culture in the region.
The biological process has been followed for more than 20 years and it allows Lionel to perfectly know his land parcels, his vines, and the way of cultivating these vines. Very diverse when it comes to the styles of wines, the Boutié family cultivates 10 different grape varieties, offering red, white and rosé wines.
