Bordeaux Supérieur

Château Moron Lafitte is a very old castle near the Garonne River.
This wine is made of 100% Merlot grown on 40-year-old vines. The vineyards are planted on limestone and clay soil. They are fermented in stainless steel and aged in cement tanks for one year before release.
This wine has a deep dark robe, great structure and red fruit notes on the palate.

Wine-making is achieved by putting the grapes through maceration at a low temperature for 7 days before beginning fermentation. Fermentation is done in stainless steel and concrete vats for 20 days. The mixture is macerated a second time, post-fermentation, for 4 to 7 days.
