Sur le Pont - GSM
40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Marselan
This popular GSM has a nose with flavors of red fruits and a harmonious mouth with soft tannins. This wine has to be tasted when it is still young and fruity.
On the banks for the Rhone River, Luc Baudet selects parcels with optimal exposure to the continental climate in order to grow grapes that are balanced, elegant, supple, fresh and generous. The vines are tended with great respect for mother nature on a terrain made of Villafranchian rounded pebbles (“galets roulés” in French). Partially destemmed grapes are vinified in concrete tanks.
Tasting notes: This wine exhales aromas of blackcurrant, garrigue, and white pepper. The attack is round on the palate and the finish is smooth.
Pairing: Lamb skewer, bull sausage or beef.
