Sur Le Pont

Côtes du Rhône

On the banks of the Rhone River, Luc Baudet selects parcels with optimal exposure to the continental climate in order to grow grapes that are balanced, elegant, supple, fresh and generous. The vines are tended with great respect for mother nature on a terrain made of Villafranchian rounded pebbles ("galets roulés" in French). Partially destemmed grapes are vinified in concrete tanks.

Tasting notes:

This wine exhales aromas of blackcurrant, garrigue, and white pepper. The attack
is round on the palate and the finish is smooth.

Wine and food paring:

Lamb skewer, bull sausage or beef.
