Among the great white-producing regions in the Loire, Touraine is enormous, and its producers varied. 

After tasting hundreds of them, we have decided to go with this one for its amazing structure, its depth and purity, and the nice packaging. It offers white flowers and citrus on the nose. The palate offers a refreshing, ample, long, lingering, and complex finish.

It turns out that Francois-Xavier Barc, the winery owner, happens to be an old friend of ours. And while we are not in the position to play favorites, we weren’t necessarily unhappy about that, either.
